In these large-scale horizontal compositions, the artist deploys a rhythmic visual language inspired by ceremonial dances and ornamental traditions. Entitled Zaouli, in homage to the emblematic dance of the Gouro people from Ivory Coast, these works evoke the circulation of symbols and energies across cultures and territories. Layers of textile, plaster bas-reliefs and graphic elements respond to each other like the beats of a choreography. The lengthened shape invites the eye to roam, following a fragmented narrative in which each pattern becomes a visual pulse.
